News | Tinashe Officially Announces Sophomore Album, “Joyride” is “Coming Soon”

From the looks of it, 2018 is about to go on a Joyride. After dealing with some unfeasible setbacks, Tinashe has announced that her sophomore album is ready to be released and is “Coming Soon”.

For the past week, the “Ride of Your Life” singer teased the album through flashback videos. The archived footage was broadcasted via small televisions – that were stacked on one another and structured to look like a cross. The footage being used looked at many stages of her life. Today, Tinashe released what can be believed to be the artwork for Joyride or for one of the three singles the singer plans to release in support of the album in the next coming weeks.

The titles of the tracks are No Drama, Faded Love, and Me So Bad. Fans can now pre-save the yet to be released singles on Spotify.

This will the first full-length project released by Tinashe since her “prelude” to Joyride, Nightride released in November of 2016.

UPDATE

Tinashe has released the first of three new singles she announced last week – The first being No Drama featuring Offset. With production coming from Stargate mixed with Tinashe’s unswervingly confident delivery on the track, there’s no doubt that this new single will be in heavy radio rotation.
