News | Revolution Brewing To Bring Limited Edition Beer To C2E2

In a galaxy far, far away, Revolution Brewing has created such a beer that’s so out of this world that it can only be made available at Chicago’s biggest comic and pop-culture convention – C2E2 (Chicago’s Comic & Entertainment Expo).

You’ve read that right – Revolution Brewing will be on hand C2E2 weekend with the returning limited edition beer, Galaxy Hero IPA.

What exactly is the Galaxy Hero IPA (India Pale Ale)? Revolution Brewing describes it as “an IPA that shoots a raygun blast of Galaxy and Zythos hops into your mouth and leaves a crisp, dry finish.”

Can’t wait to C2E2 to get your hands on this “out of this world” beverage? Well you’re in luck as Revolution Brewing will be a holding a re-launch party on March 3rd from 6-9pm at The Revolution Brewing Tap Room located at 3340 N. Kedzie Avenue. The first 100 people to RSVP for the event will receive a drink ticket that includes a pint of the new Galaxy Hero and Galaxy Hero Sliders (a nebula bun(think colorful), black bean paste, chorizo porchetta, salasa verde, and pineapple chip), all on the house, compliments of the Brew Pub.

You can RSVP here

The party will also have a marketplace featuring many vendors such as Bric-a-Brac Records & Collectibles, author Clayton Smith and Dapper Press, Shawnimals, Broad Street Jewelry, Salsa Sharks Comic Books, Pajaro Negro, Solo Home Design, and many more.

Tell’em Journalist Without A Beat sent you.

C2E2 takes place on March 18-20 at the South Building at McCormick Place.
