News | See Tom Hardy Transform into Venom in the Latest Trailer for ‘Venom’

The symbiote is running wild.Sony Pictures Entertainment has just unleashed the latest trailer for Venom starring the Academy Award nominated Tom Hardy.

This time not only does the trailer show Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) doing his journalistic duty of trying to get the scoop to a high profile story, but the two minute and 44 second trailer also shows Eddie meeting with Dory Skirth played by Jenny Slate who informs him of secret symbiote testing.

The shining moment of the epic trailer is it sheds some light of how Eddie Brock isn’t in entirely control of the symbiote known as Venom – That’s right, Eddie can hear Venom in his head, and it acts on its own. The grand finale is features a great tease of what the Venom costume will look like. When an enemy attacks Eddie and questions “what the hell are you?” Eddie transforms into the sadistic anti-hero Venom and declares “We are Venom”.

Venom is scheduled to hit theaters on October 5, 2018.
